Local Produce
Jean Pierre Artisan Bakery
Nestled in the heart of our community, this local family-owned gem provides us with the finest traditional 24-hour slow-fermented sourdough. Their bread is not just food; it's a piece of home, bringing warmth and authenticity to our tables.
Mungalli Biodynamic
From the lush landscapes of Far North Queensland comes the heart of our dairy offerings. Their biodynamic organic milk and feta are not only a treat for the taste buds but also a commitment to our planet's future.
Gallo Dairyland
Situated on the beautiful Atherton Tablelands at the Gallo family farm. Award winning locally made gourmet cheese, using traditional European cheese-making techniques combined with the highest quality freshest milk. Their lactose free Sik (haloumi) is not only delicious but caters for those that are sensitive to dairy.
Wildflower Tea
Hailing from Townsville, they mix small-batch, premium loose-leaf teas that align with our values of local and organic. Each cup serves a piece of local heritage, steeped in tradition.
Keepers Hives Honey
Richie, with his Border Collie Oscar, supplies us with 100% raw, small-batch honey that sweetens our days and supports local ecosystems.
The Micro House
Atop Hervey Range, the freshest microgreens and flowers are cultivated without a hint of pesticides, infusing our dishes with colour and vitality. Grown with love and care by Sunae with her border collie helpers.
ScooBrew Kombucha
This Far North Queensland artisan brews kombucha that's as full of life as the tropical fruits it's made from, proving that good health and great taste can go hand in hand.
Severnvale Pastoral
Our eggs come from hens that roam free under the watchful eyes of maremma dogs in Charters Towers, ensuring love and protection are part of our recipe.
Zina Mangoes
Grown locally on a small orchard just north of Townsville. The Mangos are naturally ripened & processed, cubed and packaged all by hand. Then delivered personally to Sirens by the grower herself, Susan.
Local farmers
They are the unsung heroes who provide us with the freshest pineapples, bananas, mangos, and dragonfruit, which we lovingly freeze and blend into our celebrated smoothie bowls.
East Cost Friends
Moonshine Coffee
From the Byron Bay hinterland, this family-run business supplies us with organic, fair trade coffee that's as rich in flavour as it is in ethics.
My Berries
We owe the burst of berry flavours in our dishes to Aussie-grown strawberries and blueberries, picked at their prime in Queensland and New South Wales.
Honest to Goodness
Our commitment to health and sustainability is echoed in our use of insecticide-free, organic nuts like almonds and macadamias, direct from our trusted partner, enriching our homemade granola.
